Wednesday - 10.1.08  
New twist to the brother situation - He claims that his girlfriend Shannon is 7 months pregnant. He's in Jail until about mid-june 2009.

He's contacted my mother, and is finagling her into helping with money for the kid, if there even is one. Honestly, I don' think she should give Shannon any money - or even have contact with her.

I'm disappointed, but not stunned.

Your mom probably feels the same way. It's the 'what if' that probably has her doing it.

Gosh. Well I'd wait til there's some proof. And then I'd only help with essentials, certainly not cash. Sad for you to know your mom's being soft-touched :(

Gosh Scott. I am so sorry to hear this. I wonder if doing time will cure him or just make him worse. What a sad turn.
I hope his girlfriend is not pregnant ...what a sad deal that would be.
