Wasn’t that a thing 5 or 10 or more years back? I could have sworn I’d heard stuff about it back in 2002 or 2003. I recall observing a friendly hippy’s zodiac chart tattoo and commenting a little foolishly that stars have moved a bit over the last 10,000 years when he explained that the “art of astrology” has been around for that long. 

Or is it some other revision? It appears to be the same stuff.
